STC now a Corporate Member of IBIA
The State Trading Corporation became a Corporate Member of the International Bunker Industry Association (IBIA) on 09th November 2021. The IBIA was created in 1992 in a bid to bring together all stakeholders of the bunkering industry. Today the association has members in more than 70 countries. It has consultative status as a non-governmental organization at the International Maritime Organization (IMO) where it lobbies for effective, pragmatic and workable regulations.
Anti-Corruption Policy
The Public Sector Anti-Corruption Framework (PSACF) developed by the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), forms part of the 2012-2015 Programme of the Government of Mauritius. It is a comprehensive tool to proactively identify, analyse and manage corruption risks in an organization.
STC is committed to maintain the highest level of integrity and has accordingly developed an Anti Corruption Policy for the organization under the guidance of ICAC for the deterrence and detection of corruption.
